(1) Select from the Ukuleles page, then contact us by email with the product and size you want from the Contact Us section.
(2) We will reply to you.
(3) Payment can be made by phone.
(4) Also, if there is a ukulele or size you want that is not shown in the photo, please feel free to contact us.
(5) Once payment is complete (after we confirm the transfer for those paying by bank transfer), we will ship from Hawaii.
(6) We use USPS for within the US, Yamato Transport for Japan, and we do not accept orders for other countries, but please contact us.
(7) We will send you a tracking number after shipping.(takes about 5-7days).

（２）こちらよりお返事をいたします。
（３）お支払いは電話にて受け付けます（日本の方は日本での銀行振り込みもしくはLINE電話にてお問合せできます。こちらより手順をご説明しますのでまずはメールでお問い合わせください）
（４）また写真に乗っていないご希望のウクレレやサイズ等ありましたらお気軽にお問い合わせください。
（５）お支払い等が終了次第、（振り込みの方は振り込み確認後に）ハワイより発送いたします。
（６）アメリカ国内はUSPS,日本へはヤマト運輸、その他の国は受け付けておりませんがご相談ください。
（７）発送後、トラッキング番号をお送りいたします。税関等の処理の時間にもよりますが１０日前後で到着いたします。

When it comes to ukuleles for beginners, we often recommend the cheapest and smallest size, but strictly speaking, there is no such thing as a ukulele for beginners.

There are four sizes. The width of the frets (where the fingers are placed) and the size of the body vary depending on the size. The correct way to choose is to choose based on the thickness of your fingers and the length of your arms. On average, concert sizes seem to fit the Japanese body type well.

Also, if you have short arms, it is easier to play if you choose a long neck type. Also, many people who have played string instruments such as guitars choose tenor sizes, but the most important thing is inspiration. It is actually best to talk to us in the store and choose together, but we will answer any questions you may have, so please feel free to ask us.


よく初心者用といわれているものは、一番安くて小さいサイズのウクレレをご案内する場合が多いですが、厳密に言うと初心者用というのはありません。
サイズは4つあります。サイズによって、フレット（指を置く位置）の幅、ボディーの大きさが違います。正しい選び方はご自分の指の太さ、腕の長さでえらぶ事をお勧めしています。大体、平均してコンサートサイズが、日本人の体系にはしっくりいくようです。
また腕が短い方はロングネックタイプをお選びになると、弾きやすいです。またギターなど弦楽器をやったことがある方は、テナーサイズを選ばれる方が多いですが、一番はインスピレーションです。本当は店頭でお話して一緒に選ぶのが一番いいのですが、お問い合わせより何でもご相談を受けますので、お気軽にお申し付け下さい。

When we first opened 27 years ago, there were hardly any foreign ukuleles. Hawaiian ukuleles were only made in Hawaii, so there was no need to explain. In recent years, the number of foreign ukuleles has increased significantly due to the scarcity of Hawaiian Koa wood and the high price. Hawaiian-made ukuleles are basically ukuleles handmade in Hawaii using Hawaiian Koa wood. Hawaiian Koa is one of the hardest woods in the world, and can be cut thin like paper, so the sound resonates very well. Foreign-made ukuleles are made in foreign countries using foreign wood. Recently, wood from Indonesia and other countries has been used, and they look great and the quality has improved.
We select Hawaii-made ukuleles with our own eyes, so we are proud to be able to deliver better products than those made locally. We also want everyone to try out this wonderful craftsmanship for the sake of Hawaiian cultural heritage.

27年前に私達がオープンした当初は、外国製などほとんどありませんでした。ハワイのウクレレは、ハワイ製のものしかなかったので、説明は要りませんでした。ここ数年、ハワイアンコアの木が少なく、値が高騰しているために、外国製のウクレレがとても沢山増えました。ハワイ製とは基本的に、ハワイでハワイアンコアの木を使った手作りのウクレレのことです。ハワイアンコアは、世界中の木の中でもとても硬く、薄く紙のようにカット出来るので、とても音が共鳴するのです。外国製とは、外国の木で外国で生産されたものです。最近はインドネシアなどの木が使われ、見た目も素晴らしく、またクオリティーもあがっています。
ハワイ製は私どもの目で選んでおりますので、現地よりいいものをお届けできると自負しております。また、ハワイの文化伝承のためにも、この素晴らしい、職人技を皆様にお試しいただきたいです。

Hawaii-made ukuleles are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. If the neck is bent or the body naturally cracks along the grain within one year, the Hawaiian ukulele manufacturer will guarantee it, but you will have to pay for the shipping, so please contact us.
Also, this does not include foreign-made ukuleles, so please contact us if you need any repairs.

ハワイ製のウクレレはご購入日より一年間保証になります。保証内容は、一年以内に、ネックが曲がってしまった、ボディーが木目に添って自然に割れてしまった場合は、ハワイのウクレレメーカーが保証してくれますが送料は自己負担になりますのでご相談下さい。
また外国製は含まれておりませんので、何か修理等が必要な場合はご相談下さい。

After the product arrives, defective products that are unused will be eligible for return and exchange.

商品到着後、未使用状態での不良品に関しましては返品交換の対象とさせていただきます。
商品到着後10日以内にeメールにてご連絡下さい。その際こちらから手続きの流れをご説明いたします。
通信販売での写真はあくまでも参考になりますので、同じ木目、色目、音はお客様ご自身でお選びいただくことはできません事をご理解下さい。当社では、商品の木目、色、フィニッシュの仕上がり方などの輸送時の破損以外のお客様のリクエストの返品交換は、すべて送料と関税（日本発送のみ）はお客様ご負担になります事ご了承下さい。また、すべての返品交換は商品がご購入時と同じ状態であることが条件になります。また輸送時の商品破損の返品は、配送会社負担になりますので、お客様ご自身で配送会社にご相談していただくことになります。

関税ですが　楽器の場合無税になりますが、申告金額に対して消費税と地方消費税6％前後が課税されます。
これは、課税されない方もいらっしゃるようです。詳しくは東京税関のホームページを参照下さい。
関税はお客様ご負担になります。発送後、通関しますとヤマト運輸より、関税の金額の連絡が行きますので、受け取り時にお支払いくださいませ。

How do I store it?

I get this question a lot, but Hawaiian Koa ukuleles made in Hawaii especially hate dryness. Compared to the past, they are now made to suit the climates of other countries around the world, but Hawaii doesn’t have a dry season, so if you store it in a dry place, it may crack. If you’re comfortable with it, the ukulele will be comfortable too.
The best thing to do is to play it a little every day, and your sound and skill will improve, and you’ll know what’s going on.

どうやって保管するんですか？

という質問を多く頂きますが、ハワイ製のハワイアンコアのウクレレは乾燥を特に嫌います。
昔に比べると世界各国の気候に合うように作られていますが、ハワイには乾燥の季節はありませんので、乾燥したところに保管しますと、割れることがあります。人が心地よければ、ウクレレも心地よいのです。
一番は、毎日少しでも弾いてあげると、音も腕もよくなり、状態もわかります。

Our lessons are only available on Saturdays and Sundays, and are by reservation only, and we only accept beginners.
We are very sorry, but we only accept lessons for people 7 years old and above.
We give priority to those who have purchased an ukulele from us, so please contact us by email for reservations.
